Senators Onorato and Breslin are co-prime sponsors of the bill in the Senate. The bipartisan list of upstate/downstate senate cosponsors to date includes Senators Onorato, Breslin, Adams, Addabbo, Diaz, Duane, Espada, Hassell-Thompson, Huntley, C.
